The path to becoming a teacher at WIT traditionally begins with becoming a Teaching Assistant (TA) in our classrooms. The Teaching Assistant training program provides improvisers with the opportunity to learn how to lead a classroom. We're looking for teachers who are committed to teaching at WIT for an extended period of time and, as such, the training program is a time investment. Applicants should be committed to being a teaching assistant for three sessions and then teaching for WIT for at least two years.
