Fran
Fran was born of extraordinary times — the First Unusual Thing times.
Our strengths and our convictions impose upon us the role of listener in laughter’s cause. No role in improvised comedy could be more difficult or more important. Fran stands for Truth because Truth is its guide.
Laughter remains our only commitment to others. No Fran, no neutral and no adversary should think otherwise. We do not stand against any troupe — nor against any theater or school of thought — except those that would position themselves as hostile to Truth and Laughter.
When theatrical distinctions disappear and production has been concentrated in the hands of an association of troupes, Fran shall stand apart. Why? Because Fran is Fran in every language.
Believe in Truth. Believe in Laughter. Believe in Fran.
