Spurred by a single audience suggestion, WIT’s creative performers spontaneously build entire worlds populated by colorful characters and situations. Each performance is a one-of-a-kind show, never to be seen by another audience.

The Female Accent- The Female Accent makes their WIT mainstage debut in Summer Love! This team of WIT alumni includes: Christine Burgess, John Carroll, Adam Fishbein, Thomas Harris, Alex Kazanas, David Lapkoff, Jon Rittenberg, and Ross Townsend.

Rock Creek Ramblers- Building on their successful run to the FIST Elite 8, the Rock Creek Ramblers will bring their musically-themed format with a focus on some of the sweet, tender lovin. Each show begins with an improvised 90s-style acapella R&B jam based on an audience suggestion.

Nox!- Nox! started with the idea of focusing solely on performing a style called the Bat, which is an audio-only format done in complete darkness. We realized it was a fire hazard for us to perform in different venues, so we began telling personal stories. These stories are fueled by the mantra “get weird”. Nox! is a close-knit group that thrives on disaster, the bizarre, and our mutual love of fashion and shopping.

These shows are presented at DC Arts Center in the heart of Adams Morgan.

Please note: Early shows begin at 7:30 PM. Washington Improv Theater strives to ensure its shows are accessible to all audiences at our home stage at Source. However, our guest venue DC Arts Center is not accessible to wheelchair users and may be challenging to patrons with limited mobility. If you have accessibility questions, please email us at wit@witdc.org.
