Sam saw a UCB improv show in college and thought, “That looks like SO much FUN!” After moving to DC after graduation, he worked up the nerve to sign up for WIT classes and quickly discovered they became the highlight of his week. Though he finished the WIT curriculum in 2019, he took a pandemic-related improv break for a few years and is thrilled to be back playing on indie team The Real Winners and Harold team Queensberg, where practices and performances are still weekly highlights.
You can most frequently find Sam at the movies or Chipotle, where he’s likely to be laughing loudly, asking a stranger their life story, or talking about the time he was seated next to Lana Del Rey at a restaurant.
