Country Music All-Stars + Season Six + Improv Actually

WIT's shows at DC Arts Center are as hard to predict as the winter weather. Each performance by our company ensembles and special guests are spontaneous and exciting, but probably unlikely to close the federal government.

WIT ensemble Season Six are all originally from the past. Bees have no specific agenda towards them. They do not make duck noises when afraid, though they might not tell you if they did. Season Six cannot exceed the speed of smell. Most of the group are descended from a long line of other people.

Catch one of three encore performances of WIT’s hit show from Seasonal Disorder: Improv Actually. A romantic comedy inspired by the movie Love Actually, the project pools talent from nearly every WIT ensemble and Harold team. Follow our cast as they meet each other, fall in love, and (probably) live happily ever after.

Country Music All-Stars, even if you’ve seen the old VH1 show “Storytellers,” you’ve never seen anything quite like Country Music All-Stars. Ryan and Jesse are grizzled old country stars who will improv old war stories from the road and sing bits of made-up country songs about them (Jesse will be playing guitar).

These shows are presented at DC Arts Center in the heart of Adams Morgan.

Please note: Early shows in Wintry Mix begin at 7:30 PM. Washington Improv Theater strives to ensure its shows are accessible to all audiences at our home stage at Source. However, our guest venue DC Arts Center is not accessible to wheelchair users and may be challenging to patrons with limited mobility. If you have accessibility questions, please email us at wit@witdc.org.
