Washington Improv TheaterNikki Rogers is the founder and CEO of The Bladen Group, a boutique consultancy focused on strategic planning and business coaching for small businesses, start-ups, and nonprofit organizations.
She has in-depth experience in change management, organizational strategy, and program management across multiple industries, including government, healthcare, and manufacturing. Previously, Nikki was a senior program manager and change management practitioner at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she spent over a decade guiding federal clients through organizational transformations.
Nikki earned a B.S. degree in accounting from North Carolina A&T State University and MBA/MHA degrees from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. She holds graduate certificates in leadership development and change management from Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Nikki is a North Carolina native, who will NEVER get used to DMV traffic. She is a true introvert, but after surviving a “terrifying” intro workshop, she was hooked on improv! She has completed levels 1-4 of the WIT curriculum and understands the positive impact that improv can have and is excited to support the strategy, programs, and outreach of WIT.
