Washington Improv TheaterFor years, Catherine buried her nerdy and corny essence below layers of personas (e.g., eldest daughter perfectionist, corporate baddie, East Coast elite, etc.). Fortunately, improv fixed that.
Despite zero theater-kid credentials, she worked her way through WIT Levels 1 through 5. In 2025, she co-founded Half & Half, an indie team which she and a few friends continue to use as an excuse to keep playing make-believe around DC. She also picks up one-off projects with talented friends whenever she can, and has submitted an unreasonable number of Improvapalooza ideas.
Catherine’s day job is healthcare product management. She’s an optimist about it, by trade and by choice. She also maintains an inadvisable number of hobbies: Italian cooking, tiki cocktail mixology, swing dancing, tango, watercolors, and curating vintage clothing. Apparently one quirky personality wasn’t sufficient.
