Improv Pride: A Weekend of Comedy from Washington Improv Theater
Improv Pride features homegrown improv talent from the DMV!
This weekend’s special line-up features:
- The Cookout: A special Black Pride edition of The Cookout, our recurring celebration of Black improv in the DMV.
- Ask Me Anything: From fearless advocates to visionary leaders, join us as we shine our spotlight on a series of noteworthy and inspiring LGBTQ leaders. Each guest will share stories and insights through a candid Q&A session. From there, a cast of improv comedians will use that material as inspiration for their performance.
- Danielle She/Her: Danielle Steger presents her one-woman sketch show about her identity as a recovering alcoholic and a transgender woman. As a writer, director, and performer, Danielle is a four-time award winner at the Capital Fringe Festival.
