The Performers
Shibacle
Shibacle is what happens when you hand the aux cord to four wildly different improvisers and say “Just have fun.” Fueled by joyful chaos, impulsive brilliance, and the occasional choreographed dance break, this team thrives on big swings, weird worlds, and an unwavering commitment to the bit — even (especially?) when it spirals.
Cast: Allison Yolo, Jared Smith, Mikail Faalasli, Samiyyah Ali
Madeline Presents: What’s Your Hobby?
What do birders, bakers, gamers, and trainspotters have in common? In What’s Your Hobby?, Madeline takes an audience member’s favorite pastime and creates a joyful montage of the people who live for it. A love letter to the communities we find through what we love.
Cast: Adam Levine, Dan O’Neil, Danielle Steger, Kevin Eggleston, Lauren Cross, Macey Schiff, Matt Strote, Nick Martinez, Ryan McClure
The Broken Bones Presents: Injuries & Stories Into Comedy
An improvised comedy show about the injuries that shape who we are. Through an interview with an audience member, the cast explores a personal injury—physical, emotional, cultural, or communal—that left a mark, and transforms it into comedy. The cast has some of DC’s funniest improvisers who have been featured by Comedy Central, The Washington Post, NPR, as well as comedy festivals around the US and Europe.
Darnell Eaton, Erick Acuña, Eva Lewis, Kelsey Peters, Kristina Martinez, Neil Baron
