Save Our Soaps + WHAT + Sweeter Things + Full Frontal Cortex

Need an antidote to grim headlines? WIT will give you a jolt of optimism while delivering laughs from some of the talented indie troupes in the DC area!

ABOUT WIT

WIT shows are perfect for a date night, out-of-town visitors, or simply something new and spontaneous to do. All for just $20.

For more than 25 years, our hilarious, experienced improvisers have taken a simple suggestion or story from an audience member and turned it into never-before-seen comedy. And because every performance is made-up on-the-spot, no two shows are ever the same, so you can keep coming back for more! Our homegrown talent has gone on to “SNL,” “The Daily Show,” HBO’s “Insecure” and “The White Lotus,” Hulu’s “How to Die Alone,” and more!

ABOUT SAVE OUR SOAPS

The best soap opera you’ve never seen (because we’re making it up on-the-spot). This indie troupe performs an entirely new and fictional soap opera episode based on nothing but a suggestion of a location from the audience. Every show delivers a fresh, melodramatic masterpiece full of forbidden love, shocking betrayals, and absurd twists.

Cast: Erik Acuna, Mia Bloomfield, Abby Haverty, and Kendall Holliman

ABOUT WHAT

Sometimes you say WHAT and then you turn to the weirdos around you and make the best of it. A show about life that starts at WHAT and drops you back at “Awww.”

Cast: JoJo Franzen, Katie O’Donnell, Mikki Smith, and Natalie Knazik

ABOUT SWEETER THINGS

Sweeter Things uses long-form improv to create playful, never-before-seen stories in real-time. They bring their unique blend of big characters and absurd narrative to the stage with infectious energy. Sweeter Things also has an affinity for weird candy and a love for fast and physical improv!

Cast: Amber Bellsdale, Bojana Jankovic, Elissa Heller, Justin Fedich, Mary Ellen Dingley, Peter Tzeng, Sarah Burstyn, Sophia Peerzada, and Stephen Ho

ABOUT FULL FRONTAL CORTEX

Tell us when you’ve felt exposed and we’ll bare our brains. Hey now, eyes up here.
