The Queer Variety Cavalcade presents The Lost Episode

Let DC’s funniest improvisers give you a break from reality with their smart, surprising, and totally unscripted comedy!

The Queer Variety Cavalcade (QVC) presents The Lost Episode

QVC is a vibrant, hilarious, and heartwarming celebration of queer comedy and culture, hosted by Kevin Eggleston as Birdie and Bill Nelson as Butchie.

While their dream to stage QVC at the Kennedy Center might have gone the way of the Dodo… Drag — as ever — will find a way.

And so, in the tradition of Kennedy family Black Sheep like Big and Little Edie Beale, Rosemary Kennedy, and Jack Schlossberg, Birdie & Butchie have refused to shut up and get lost. Instead, they have gathered beautiful friends like Miss Capital Pride 2025 Shelita Ramen, Vettick What of the redoubtable Haus of What, and the irrepressible Vincenzo Volpe of the World Pride Arts & Culture Committee, to bring the Lost Kennedy Center Episode to the WIT stage at Studio Theatre!

So, don your costumes, wave your flags, and join the drag stars, queer flutists, QVC Players, and the cats & raccoons for THE LOST EPISODE of the Queer Variety Cavalcade.

Let’s show up and show what we’re made of… because in dealing with the queers, the fascists didn’t know, they were dealing with *Staunch Characters*!

QVC is made possible thanks to the generous support of the Mayor’s Office of LGBTQ Affairs.
