Rachel Margolis

Rachel is living proof of the shy kid to improv nerd pipeline.

A secret goofball with her friends and family, she began improvising at-home “dinner theater” performances with her cousins at a young age and always seemed to love the theater games (read: improv games) at summer camp, but it wasn’t until 2023 that she dove head first into the world of improv at WIT. Inspired by her former coworker Geoff Corey (WIT legend shout out <3), she signed up for level 1 and never looked back. She has performed in FIST and with her indie team Bad Tummy.

Aside from ‘prov, Rachel enjoys treasure hunting at thrift stores, watching TV while snuggling her two cats Penelope and Eleanor, and hosting craft nights at her house. She’s a jack of all trades kinda artist who paints, draws, sculpts, makes miniatures and could probably stock her own art supply store if she needed to. She overcame her childhood shyness by realizing most people you meet want to like you and that helped take the pressure off every social interaction she had :’D
