She currently partners with local, national and international nonprofit leaders to help them achieve their goals more fully, sustainably and quickly than they can on their own. Through her firm WJ Consulting, Hilary also works with nonprofit boards and management teams, facilitating customized workshops, leadership development programs, and strategy retreats.
Hilary is a co-founder and current board member of Compass, which provides pro bono strategic consulting to nonprofits. She is Board Vice Chair of CollegeTracks, which helps low income students in Montgomery County get into and through college. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School, her BA from Princeton University, and her leadership coaching credentials from Georgetown University.
Hilary was inspired to try WIT classes in 2016 when her son started improv in college. She fell in love with improv as a fabulous source of personal growth, laughter, and new friends—and has completed the whole WIT curriculum. She practices with two fun indie teams—Imagine Wagons and the multi-generational Sons & Roses. She also performs her mother/son improv gig Bad, Bad Dad Advice with her son in both Chicago and DC.
