Bill Nelson
Washington Improv TheaterBill’s first step onto the WIT stage marked the end of a 25 year performance hiatus.
But he never left the theatre, working instead behind-the-scenes creating costumes for plays, musicals, opera, and dance. His work has been seen on regional stages, Broadway, off-Broadway, and television.
Seeing a WIT show inspired a new personal challenge: to get back on stage doing a thing he always loved: pretending to be other people. He can also be seen pretending with indie team Fat American Vampires.
He lives, laughs, loves in College Park with his husband and two princesses that most people would just call cats.
