Heavy Rotation announces auditions
For those about to rock, we salute you. WIT’s special project team Heavy Rotation will hold auditions July 19-20.
Heavy Rotation is an improvised rock comedy. Based on the story of a rock band, it mixes live music with instruments as well as musical and long-form improv. The show debuted in June 2018 as a WIT special project and currently performs in WIT runs.
Heavy Rotation seeks improvisers who at least have completed Level 4 in WIT’s curriculum or have equivalent class/performance experience. The ability to sing and/or play an instrument is a requirement. Improvisers of color, with diverse backgrounds and LGBTQIA+ are encouraged to audition.
The deadline to sign up to audition is Sunday, July 14 at 11:59 PM.
