For more than 25 years, our hilarious, experienced improvisers have taken a simple suggestion or story from an audience member and turned it into never-before-seen comedy. And because every performance is made-up on-the-spot, no two shows are ever the same, so you can keep coming back for more! Our homegrown talent has gone on to “SNL,” “The Daily Show,” HBO’s “Insecure” and “The White Lotus,” Hulu’s “How to Die Alone,” and more!

ABOUT ARTISTIC DIRECTOR FOR A DAY

Tonight’s performances were curated by WIT performer Clare Mulligan (Hellcat), who won the opportunity to be “Artistic Director for a Day” by placing the highest bid for it at our 2024 silent auction fundraiser.

Her vision for this block of shows is perhaps best likened to a “late-night Palooza-style” line-up. (If you know, you know.) Featuring some of DC’s funniest improvisers, it promises to be fun, energetic, and hilarious! Allow yourself to be delighted and surprised!
