Need an antidote to grim headlines? WIT will give you a jolt of optimism while delivering laughs from our talented ensembles.
ABOUT WIT
WIT shows are perfect for a date night, out-of-town visitors, or simply something new and spontaneous to do. All for just $20.
For more than 25 years, our hilarious, experienced improvisers have taken a simple suggestion or story from an audience member and turned it into never-before-seen comedy. And because every performance is made-up on-the-spot, no two shows are ever the same, so you can keep coming back for more! Our homegrown talent has gone on to “SNL,” “The Daily Show,” HBO’s “Insecure” and “The White Lotus,” Hulu’s “How to Die Alone,” and more!
ABOUT THE QVC PLAYERS

ABOUT WIT ENSEMBLE THE BROKEN BONES
We’ve all been hurt… perhaps by a hidden patch of ice, a sick collision while scoring the winning goal, or a very public breakup at your 28th birthday party. The Broken Bones will interview an audience member about an injury — be it physical, emotional, or other — and we will all heal together through comedy.
Cast: Erick Acuña, Neil Baron, Darnell Eaton, Eva Lewis, Kristina Martinez, and Kelsey Peters
ABOUT WIT ENSEMBLE LENA DUNHAM
Lena Dunham started as an idea to bring together Black improvisers in DC who were usually the only Black member of their improv team. Comprised of veteran DC improvisers, Lena Dunham performs thoughtful, quick hitting, and sometimes deep comedic takes on Black culture informed by our unique individual perspectives from information we get about an audience member’s Black friend. Just kidding, we are just trying to make you laugh until you pass out. No two Lena Dunham shows are alike because no two Black friends are alike. We are not a monolith so come to a show, share some details about your friendships with Black people, and watch as we give you a thousand different angles on what it feels like and means to be someone’s Black friend.
Cast: Bam Alston, Darnell Eaton, Erica Mysc, Eva Lewis, Jamal Newman, Krystal Ramseur, Nic Small, Simone Webster, and Sliim Williams
