Washington Improv TheaterOn a dark and stormy night in January 2023, Simone braved the cold and stepped into Universalist National Memorial Church [the former location of one of] WIT’s Thursday Level 1 classes.
And ever since, she has not stopped extolling the virtues of improv to anyone who makes the mistake of talking to her. It was love at first Yes, And! A baby improviser, Simone completed the WIT curriculum in the spring and joined the Harold Program in the fall of 2024.
When she isn’t performing, you can find her at the dog park relentlessly playing fetch with her half-terrier, half-monster Juniper. Her friends say she’s funnier now that she does improv, but Simone maintains that she’s always been hilarious. (Don’t worry, we’ll let you decide.)
