Melanie Harker
Washington Improv TheaterMelanie Harker is making her WIT comeback.
Melanie is a left-brained theatre maker, administrator, deviser, and director who has worked at notable DC institutions including Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, dog & pony dc, Capital Fringe, and Washington Improv Theater (!!). She has a strong passion for engaging with audiences in, around, and through art which she has written about on the Americans for the Arts’ ArtsBlog as well as on TCG’s annual blog salon TCG Circle.
As WIT’s former education manager, Melanie assisted in growing the education program and loved it so. She is so excited to take on a new role as co-director of POTUS Among Us, debuting in October 2016.
