Washington Improv TheaterMax first appeared on stage in his First Grade class play, Pandora's Box, playing the role of Disease. He chose to go off-script and improvise his one line, so this was all meant to be.
Max first started taking improv classes in 2023 and completed the WIT curriculum in 2025. He has also appeared in Improvapalooza, the Fighting Improv Smackdown Tournament, and performs regularly with the indie team Yes, You!
A Brooklyn native, Max will not get a bagel in D.C. without mentioning that it is merely adequate. He’s an occasional journalist, a long-suffering Mets baseball fan, and is planning on relearning how to do a backflip really soon.
