Fiona Leary

When things get awkward, she can make it worse.

Fiona was brutally rejected from becoming a theater kid in 5th grade when she tried out for the role of “Chip” in her school’s production of Beauty and the Beast and was instead cast as “Bimbo #3,” one of Gaston’s fawning admirers. Fifteen years later, Fiona’s love of comedy led her to the Washington Improv Theater in the fall of 2023, where she took her first class. Fiona finished the WIT curriculum in January 2025 and was eager to continue learning and reacquainting herself with the stage, which she has struggled to do since the aforementioned Bimbo #3 fiasco.

When Fiona isn’t doing improv or talking about doing improv, she is working diligently as a public servant (though this may soon be outdated), spending time with friends, noodling around on the guitar, or gently weeping in the back row of a Taylor Swift-themed SoulCycle class.
