Washington Improv TheaterBetty’s not very good at memorizing things so her participation in improv is significantly greater than that of trivia.
Betty has always had a soft spot for comedy and wanted to try improv as she had tried stand-up and been doing bits for many a year. She (aka dj boosie doosie 1.5) also did a comedy college radio shows with her friend Isabelle (aka dj boosie doosie 1.0) called “boosie’s final rodeo” and “boosie’s first rodeo” in that order. Later on, Betty took her first improv class with Baltimore Improv Group and fell head over heels. She then had to move to DC and finished her training here with WIT.
Betty was given the superlative by her high school economics teacher as most likely to win a hot dog eating contest and donate the winnings to a non-profit… she would say that still pretty much sums her up.
