Washington Improv Theater’s robust (and growing!) community is a diverse cross-section of Washingtonians who delight in the thrill of watching and performing improv comedy.

As D.C.’s home for improv, WIT delivers dynamic live performances that are as hilarious as they are unpredictable. Our 15,000 annual audience members are socially active and come from all over DC as well as the Maryland and Virginia suburbs. Readers of the Washington City Paper have named us as a runner-up for DC’s Best Comedy Venue for two years running!

Become a WIT sponsor to introduce yourself to our vibrant audience. Not only will you get a chance to introduce yourself to our community, your sponsorship will support our incredible community programming including workshops with women experiencing homelessness, after-school programs, as well as workshops with veterans.

Spotlight Sponsor – $1,500

  • Half-page program ad in FIST program
  • Social media call-outs (two Facebook posts and three tweets/Instagram posts per run)
  • Logo and link on FIST landing page
  • Mention in four email newsletters
  • 20 comp tickets (Round 1 or 2) for sponsor’s staff or community
  • 2 comp tickets to FIST Semi-Final or Final Match

Superstar Sponsor – $3,000

  • Full-page program ad in program for FIST program
  • Social media call-outs (three Facebook posts and six tweets and Instagram posts per run)
  • Dedicated pop-up banner for one week on WIT home page (viewable to all web site visitors)
  • Inclusion in post-purchase order confirmation email
  • Mention in four email newsletters and one full dedicated item
  • On-stage thanks by host for the entirety of FIST run (based on availability)
