All-Hands Retreats and Large Events
All-hands, or all-staff, meetings offer fantastic opportunities to hear from your employees and exchange points of view. They also provide a chance to discuss organizational growth, shared challenges, and institutional values, as well as set strategic priorities and collective objectives.
But to get everyone on-board and enthusiastically rowing in the same direction, you need three essential elements: joy, engagement, and inspiration.
These key ingredients can transform a lackluster, “This could have been a conference call” meeting into an event that will enable participants to forge genuine connections, spark creativity, and get people enjoying each other and the process of working together.
To get started you can:

What our clients say
“The team was raving about you! It was just what they needed and wanted!”
— Emily Martin, Alliance Development, Corporate Sustainability and Social Impact at Novo Nordisk
“Someone who’d come from NYC to the gathering – a self-proclaimed introvert – turned to me and said, ‘That was phenomenal.’ You absolutely have a winning way about you and a winning combination of fun plus useful content plus valuable take-aways. I’d hire you again in a heartbeat.”
— Susan Paley, National Association for Corporate Directors
“Thank you again so much for bringing the WIT@Work workshop to NIST. It was really great to be able to bring some fun to our group… I don’t think I’ve seen that many cameras on and smiles in a virtual meeting in a long time! I know you gave me personally a lot to think about and apply to my work, as well.”
— Kerrianne Buchanan, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
“It is difficult to express how much our staff enjoyed and benefited from your presentation last week!!! It was fantastic and everyone is still talking about it. We most certainly want to work with you again in the future.”
— Cindy Keith, Chief Human Resources Officer at the Freedom Forum
