Sika is a 28-year-old Nigerian-American creative, writer, and podcaster. She has written pieces on wellness and self-development around the web for the past 5 years and you can read her blogs at www.brightlysika.com. Most recently, one of her articles was published in a local DC magazine called The Vibe Room. As of Winter of 2020, she has been podcasting bi-weekly for her podcast Ease & Grow to highlight approachable wellness tips for mindful multicultural millennials. She is obsessed with oat milk lattes, trying new cafes, traveling when it’s safe to do so, practicing yoga, and going on podcast walks.
