Lonely Together + Rarely Brunchable + King Bee
Road Show: Wintry Mix - January 17, 2015
WIT's shows at DC Arts Center are as hard to predict as the winter weather. Each performance by our company ensembles and special guests are spontaneous and exciting, but probably unlikely to close the federal government.

“You hear me buzzin’ baby. Some stingin’ goin’ on. Well I’m a king bee.” – Muddy Waters
Once a Harold team at Washington Improv Theater, King Bee’s energy and memorable characters earned them a spot as a one of the theater’s company ensembles. In addition to performing the “pretty flower” format, the Bees most recently devised the improvised soap opera The Stingers and the Stung.
That Special Place. With Special Significance. Every relationship has one. It’s like a Special Soundtrack. Lonely Together starts with a suggestion for a location and do a series of scenes exploring the different kinds of relationships people have in That Place (from bromance to life-long couple), adding musical details to each scene.
Rarely Brunchable is the fusion of Fighting Improv Smackdown Teams Brunch? and Barely Runcible. Together, they are Rarely Brunchable.
These shows are presented at DC Arts Center in the heart of Adams Morgan.
Please note: Early shows in Wintry Mix begin at 7:30 PM. Washington Improv Theater strives to ensure its shows are accessible to all audiences at our home stage at Source.
