WIT's shows at DC Arts Center are as hard to predict as the winter weather. Each performance by our company ensembles and special guests are spontaneous and exciting, but probably unlikely to close the federal government.

iMusical joins the unpredictable playfulness of comedic improvisation with the emotional power of musical theater.
A cast of singer-improvisers instantly creates a compelling new show with each performance, comprised of completely improvised scenes, lyrics and music, all inspired by a single audience suggestion.
Based on only a suggestion of a location, Aboulia! explores one world and one story for the duration of the show, essentially creating a one act comedic play before your eyes! While “aboulia” means indecision, Aboulia! shows are a decidedly good time!
These shows are presented at DC Arts Center in the heart of Adams Morgan.
Please note: Early shows in Wintry Mix begin at 7:30 PM. Washington Improv Theater strives to ensure its shows are accessible to all audiences at our home stage at Source. However, our guest venue DC Arts Center is not accessible to wheelchair users and may be challenging to patrons with limited mobility.
