Summer Escape is the antidote to sticky, monotonous summers full of traffic, pit stains, and dodging tour groups. Washington Improv Theater has a line-up that’s hot in all the right ways.

Camp Stovetron
From a simple audience suggestion, the members of Stovetron will explore the lives and world of those gathered around a campfire.

Faculty Lounge
Teachers from WIT’s faculty hit the stage for a performance sure to demonstrate every principle and technique they have ever pontificated on. Faculty Lounge: like when the professors at Hogwarts whip out their wands, except nobody has to die.

Lena Dunham
The black members from different improv troupes have joined forces to give you an inside look at what it means to be somebody’s black friend.
