Mary Lauran Hall

Mary Lauran Hall is one person with two first names.

She’s currently passionate about direct premise pulls and improv projects that engage with social justice issues. A 2011 graduate of the WIT curriculum, she has performed with Die! Die! Die!, Love Onion, Commonwealth, and 2012 Fighting Improv Smackdown Tournament champions Pals are Pals. She first started doing improv in high school in Newton, Mass. with a group called Spontaneous Generation. In college, she performed Armando with Wesleyan University’s Gag Reflex.

In her non-improv time, she leads the product team at a DC-based energy startup, rides her bike a lot, and occasionally tinkers around with a ukulele.
