Bottom Shelf

Bottom Shelf brings a lovable memory from audience members and then through brief chats and improvised scenes stretch these wholesome memories to their limits.

Hot Garbage

Hot Garbage likes to dive into our audience members’ deepest, darkest secrets and get dirty. Tell us an area of your life (physically or emotionally) that needs cleaning up, and we’ll make them fester in a fast-paced, no-pauses, no-holds-barred series of improvised scenes.

Reina
Reina uses the last time you felt like royalty to improvise a show revealing you are a smart, funny, and beautiful person.

The Fine Arts

We ask you to tell us your favorite childhood stories, and we reenact them. What could go wrong/right?

General information:

  • Line-ups vary nightly. Please verify the performing acts on your individual curtain times.
  • All online sales shut off at 6 PM the night of the show.
  • For all shows, unclaimed tickets may be resold at curtain time. Late arrivals will be seated at WIT’s discretion.
  • Washington Improv Theater strives to ensure its shows are accessible to all audiences at our home stage at Source. However, our guest venue DC Arts Center is not accessible to wheelchair users and may be challenging to patrons with limited mobility.
