Mary Lauran Hall grew up in Newton, Mass., where she first started doing improv with Spontaneous Generation, her high school's troupe.
In college, she performed the Armando with Wesleyan University’s Gag Reflex. She completed the WIT curriculum in 2011 and has performed with Commonwealth, Vicinity, 2012 Fighting Improv Smackdown Tournament champions Pals are Pals, and Love Onion.
Mary Lauran is one person, but she has two first names. In her free time, she tinkers around with a ukulele and advocates for a more equitable transportation system.
