Krystal Ramseur

Krystal Ramseur is a self-proclaimed North Carolinian. She had her first experience in theatre in 2004 as Beatrice in her high school’s one act performance of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing.

Krystal has taken the complete curriculum at Washington Improv Theater. She performed with the Laugh Index Theater team, Thermal Runaway, and can currently be found performing with the ensemble October Issue, indie team Pamplemousse, and the WIT Harold team program.

Krystal is a huge Carolina Panthers and Washington Nationals fan and attends multiple games each season. Please contact her directly when you are giving away tickets. Krystal Ramseur is the Director of Finance & Operations at Academy of Hope Adult Public Charter School, whose mission is to provide high quality education and services that change lives and improves communities.

In this role, Krystal contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Krystal is also responsible for analyzing the current technology infrastructure and scopes out the next level of information technology.

As the daughter of a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, Krystal has lived throughout the United States and abroad, but claims Maiden, North Carolina as her hometown. She has a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in public policy and management from Bowie State University and a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Krystal had her first WIT experience in September 2015 with a level one class and completed the WIT program in March 2017. Krystal was so impressed with the creativity, passion and commitment of the WIT community that she had to become more involved.
