Knife Club

Knife Club—a coterie of cutlery enthusiasts and the most logical name for an axe—is also a longform improv Harold team with the Washington Improv Theater.

We prefer to get right to the point of every scene—we aren’t afraid to cut through the extraneous fluff that weighs down lesser improv. Our hallmarks are enthusiastic support, loaded relationships, and an anarchic musicality.

We started out as a group of nine sharp-witted strangers who were willing to take a stab at being a Harold team, just to see if we could hack it and make the cut. Now any way you slice it, Knife Club is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat and have you in stitches. Knives.
